About Kissa!
At Kissa's Studio, every painting reflects a journey, from early explorations in color and form to a deeper connection between Western and Eastern influences. Founded by artist Kissa Hussain, the studio celebrates growth, culture, and storytelling through art.
Working primarily with oil paints, but experienced in a range of mediums, Kissa brings versatility and emotion to each piece. Her work blends Western art and still life, capturing both motion and quiet moments with balance and depth.
Kissa’s artistic journey began in high school, where several of her pieces were auctioned through the Houston Rodeo Art Program. In 2019, she received the Western Art Academy Scholarship, recognizing her dedication to fine art. One of her early works was also displayed at the White House in Congressman Kevin Brady’s office as part of the Congressional Art Competition.
Today, Kissa offers original paintings, prints, and commission work, each crafted with care and intention. Every piece tells a story of growth, connecting cultures, experiences, and the evolving language of art.
